CPDR 100.12 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
CertificationPoint offers a world class dispute resolution process lead by certified mediation specialists. We understand that an effective mediation process needs to be in place should the need for such a resource arises. CertificationPoint offers non-priority and priority dispute resolution for the service buyer and the service provider.
CPDR 100.12.1 - NON-PRIORITY DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We allow both parties to actively engage towards an agreed upon resolution amongst themselves within the CertificationPoint site framework. In this process, we encourage resolution and provide guidance but we have very little interaction so both parties have time to try to resolve their issue.
CPDR 100.12.2 - PRIORITY DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In a priority dispute resolution, both parties will come together along with our specialist at an agreed upon date in order to work towards a viable solution. Within this process, a formal decision will be determined after the discussion, the interview and fact-finding has concluded. This process has been very positive with respect to moving the process forward.
CPDR 100.12.3 - SYSTEM OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Our dispute resolution process is a system of accountability for both the service provider and the service buyer. The types of cases handled include payment related issues brought forward by either side as well as issues dealing with ratings received by the service provide as this is a key contributor towards future projects for the service provider.
