IT WORKS? (CGPP-related
Example)
(1) Member registration service buyer, college
student service provider, or mentor.
(Note: Pre-requisite to complete Career Gateway
Path Program (CGPP) prior to working on a individualized ‘tasCert’.
Students work on 2-3 practice projects to gain process comfortability and then
onto a direct placement work experience builder project.)
(2) Individual Service Buyers/Companies post
project-based learning work experience builders called ‘tasCert’. (Note: Can
also participate in the CGPP)
(3) College student service providers
complete profile and begin bidding to work on specific projects or project
genre.
(4) Mentors/Facilitators apply or are
chosen based on specialty to act as a guide when projects which require
specific expertise.
(5) Service buyers, service providers, and
mentors become vested via site interaction earning ‘CPNTcoin’.
(6) Service Buyer chooses from prospective
student candidates(and mentors when required) to complete project
(7) Collaboration via project management
gateway to complete project occurs within a mentored environment
(8) Split payment based on project role
dispersed to team and mentor once product is accepted
(9) Reviews are submitted by all
participants.
(10) Project knowledge gained and captured
in knowledge base for future use for all registered members
(11) Students hone marketplace skills and
close knowledge gaps during college for pay via project-based learning
‘tasCerts’.
(12) Students collaborate as teams with
other students across the world to build a peer network.
(13) Students have an opportunity to
complete a student freelance certification program prior to getting started.
(14) Offers mentoring for teams early on to
build trust between service buyer and service provider.
(15) A knowledgebase of lessons learned is
created as projects are completed for collaborative opportunities
(16) Students continue obtaining work
experience builders and Service Buyers/Companies continue posting work
experience builders for Students.
NOTE: Instructors and/or Service buyers/Companies are permitted to
post volunteer-based individual and group-based freelance projects with respect
to course/career objective to assist students in bridging the gap between
classroom and experiential learning.

The funded research pilot will closely follow
our previously successful pilots, but on a broader scale.
CertificationPoint originated from outside of the college walls and students
were reach via social media and normal advertising. With recent Nation
Science Foundation(NSF) interest, the maximal way forward is via college
partnerships. In our next newsletter, we'll start taking a look at the various
processes involved.

Earning Non-Fungible Tokens(NFTs) and CPNTcoin
Cryptocurrency is a relatively new addition to CertificationPoint.
The NFT collection provided via
CertificationPoint is called a 'Certified Cat'. Within this collection we
offer currently basic, student career role readiness, as well as
college-centric NFT options. Site members receive limited edition digital
artwork freely for applying and/or being awarded work experience
builders. Students can trade NFTs, use NFTs as their profile photo, or
offer them for sale via sites such as Opensea.io. Mintage quantity
varies for NFTs.
CPNTcoin is a stable coin cryptocurrency which
