Labor Market For Students
Monday, September 13, 2021, 01:42 PM
Around 14 million students are graduating every year. On average it takes them between six and nine months to find a job in their field of study. This is due to a lack of alignment between formal education systems and labor market needs. Students often enter the job market without relevant skills because universities are not monitoring employment demand trends. Educators are therefore not amending learning plans in order to make graduates more employable.

I agree colleges can only do so much...we have to spread the word also to our friends. My mom said this is the type of resource she wished was available when she was in college. She just would lokento see the price points change with respect to the subscription packages.

There's alot of truth to this article. Nut its hard for students to do side gigs while in college unless its tied to their class experience. This is why what certificationpoint and its works experience builders make sommuch sense. I hope the college landscape is paying attention to what they are building here. Thanks.
