Pros:

They work hard and you save a lot of money.

They can be a real asset for your company , if guided in the right direction.

They are fast learners, you can even have them learn different softwares.

Cons:

Work might not be completed before the deadline(there can be several factors as he did not understand the work, got stuck somewhere in codebase.)

Working hours- this is the real problem, its difficult for them to sit like 8–9 hours for work because they had a habit of skipping classes in college.

They sometimes make silly excuses just to have a day’s off.

Work is not perfect, it’s always an iterative process.
